JONATHAN MARSTON

Jonathan joined Castle Hill in 2002 where he gained experience in all stations, including sauté, grill, and garde manger, and offered support for all kitchen departments as necessary. In 2007, he was named Pastry Sous Chef, managing the baking and pastry department under the direction of then Executive Chef Jonathan Cambra and assisting in menu development.
